Our team brings together different backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking, from senior leadership and strategy to operations and modern digital expertise.

At the centre of the team is strong cross-industry leadership experience, shaped by years of working with complex organisations and transformation initiatives. This brings a clear strategic perspective and a deep understanding of how decisions are made at the highest level.

This is complemented by solid operational and organisational experience, ensuring that ideas are not only well designed, but also structured, coordinated, and carried through in practice.

Alongside this, we work with colleagues who represent a new generation of digital thinking. Their work is strongly connected to data, AI and healthcare systems, combining academic research with hands-on experience. They bring fresh perspectives on how organisations can use technology in a more thoughtful and effective way.

We also build on our knowledge of the European Digital Competence Frameworks, including DigComp 2.2 and DigComp 3.0. This allows us to approach digital skills in a structured way, helping both leaders and employees understand what capabilities they really need, and how they can develop them step by step.
